HUBEI QIANGXI Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (headquarters) was established on January 22, 2000, with a registered capital of 86 million yuan. It is a comprehensive private enterprise mainly engaged in construction engineering, covering international trade, human resources, and cold chain logistics.

The company currently has 2,289 employees, including 916 professional and technical personnel; 823 personnel hold special operation certificates and work permits. With fixed offices both domestically and overseas, the company possesses strong technical strength and economic power, standing out as a brilliant star in Hubei's construction industry. Provincial and municipal leaders have visited the company multiple times to inspect and guide its operations, and have highly praised its production and business performance.

 

Since its establishment on January 22, 2000, with a registered capital of 86 million yuan, the company has fixed business premises and office areas of 46,000 square meters. It currently has five functional management departments: General Management Department, Cost Department, Finance Department, Safety Technology Quality Department, and Marketing Department. It also has two domestic secondary production units: the Engineering Company and the Calcium Carbonate Factory, six overseas subsidiaries: Millennium Malaysia Company, Millennium Logistics Freight Company, Millennium Indonesia Company, Millennium Indonesia Human Resources Company, Hualai Trading Co., Ltd., and Tongxi Morocco Construction Co., Ltd.; and three domestic branches: Hubei Zhongxi Human Resources Co., Ltd., Hubei Airport City Hongxi Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Branch.

 

WHAT WE DO?

The company holds several qualifications, including Grade I professional contracting for steel structure engineering, Grade I general contracting for construction works, Grade I general contracting for municipal public works, Grade III general contracting for environmental engineering, and Grade III general contracting for power transmission and transformation projects. It has passed various certification systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and OH18001 for quality, environment, and occupational health, respectively. The company has achieved a 100% pass rate for its contracted projects and has been repeatedly honored by provincial and municipal authorities and related units with titles such as "Advanced Unit," "Excellent Project," "Enterprise Abiding by Contract and Keeping Promise," and "Quality Excellence Unit." It has also received an AA+ credit rating from the Agricultural Bank of China.
